Do your customers have X-Ray Vision?

Do your customers have X-Ray Vision?

Do your customers own X-Ray Spectacles?

No?! Don’t worry our CGIs can help with that…

Over 80% of new build homes have an energy efficiency rating of A or B on their Energy Performance Certificate (compared to only 4% of older homes). Many energy saving features are hidden away and are not always considered by potential new home owners, we can help highlight these benefits visually using CGI. All of our visualisations are bespoke allowing us to produce accurate and stripped back property models matching any architectural plans and any house type.

Our 3D floor plans reveal accurate and impressive spaces, allowing buyers to have a unique over view of their new home and the confidence to proceed with an off-plan purchase.

We’d love to produce your next property visuals!

Do people really still want to work from home!?

Do people really still want to work from home!?

Working from home to avoid becoming sick has led to me becoming sick of working at home.

Ditching the home office in favour of a brand-new workplace comes with countless advantages. Keeping professional and personal lives separate leads to a happier and healthier lifestyle.

Workplaces with social and shared environments encourage creativity and teamwork. Whether it's a change of scenery, or the simply chance to unplug at the end of a busy day, embracing a dedicated workspace can lead to a well-rounded and fulfilling work life!

The current surge in business property is redefining the commercial property landscape. The demand for modern and versatile workspaces is on the rise. This increase in business real estate indicates a shift in the way companies operate, putting an emphasis on flexible and innovative work settings.

CG Visuals are crucial in the ever-changing world of real estate. Off-plan property visualisations have become essential for developers, architects, and marketers alike. Immersive engagement and visual communication are the best way to aid successful planning applications, consultations and ultimately market a new commercial development.

British Summertime is finally here!

British Summertime is finally here!

Living in Britain means waiting months (sometimes years when living in Manchester…) for the elusive and unique summery weather!

When the sun finally arrives there is no better place to be in the world; barbeques, beer gardens and ice creams are everywhere and everyone seems to wear a smile!

If only we could upload ourselves to one of our CGIs come the winter (the day is coming according to our friend Elon), then we could enjoy the British summer time all year round!

We make sure the weather is always perfect in our computer generated images, bright sun, blue skies and wispy white clouds are an essential when producing daytime property marketing visuals.

Gardens take on a whole new feel in the sun, planting feels particularly lush - you can almost feel the warm weather radiating from the screen (or maybe my monitor could do with a break!).

The long evenings can extend well after the sun has set and we find ourselves sat outside, wearing shorts and t-shirts questioning our own sanity - are we really still in England?

A whole new time of day is created, we no longer feel the need to hide inside in the evenings - dusk isn’t just suddenly comfortable it‘s serene.

We often produce additonal evening, dusk and nightime CGIs for our property developing clients. These are eye-catching and can make the most of a developments marketing budget.

Happy New Year! Hopefully!?

It’s 2022…how is it 2022 already?!

Our last blog post was in March 2020 and outlines the strange times we live in…those ‘strange times’ have now become the norm and the 2 year old blog is still currently relevant (unfortunatley).

This does mean I don’t need to come up with a new blog post idea on the year’s most painful Monday Tuesday morning (Woohoo! 4 day week!); which is kind of a silver lining!

Anyway I should probably say something about our work. Here is one of our marketing visuals of a very tidy and organised bathroom…don’t worry it’s not real; it’s CGI (Nobodys bathroom is this tidy and organised really!).

It’s the 4th January and actually a sunny morning in Manchester…which is a clear indication that anything is going to be possible in 2022! It’s going to be a good year!

''How can we market our new properties now?!?''

''How can we market our new properties now?!?''

There are lots of things to worry about in these strange times; however production of your marketing visuals is not one of them.

Luckily our set up has had the option for us to work from our homes as far back as the good old days (aka 2019); when our only concerns were ‘‘but… what actually is Brexit??’ and ‘What exactly is a Donald Trump??’

We are pleased to reassure our clients that this means there is and will be no disruption in production and we are as capable as ever of turning around high quality marketing visuals.

Social distancing and self-isolation is likely to be a part of all of our lives for the next 12 months; making it impossible to get those potential buyers onto shiny new sites and viewing lovely new show homes.

This makes the marketing visuals more relevant than ever, if people can’t leave their homes to view a new site then lets take the new site into their homes; either with off-plan photo-realistic exterior and interior stills or with a full blown exterior and interior 360° virtual tour!

Game of Thrones is now over and we’re all left wondering what exactly are we going to do with the rest of our lives!?! What is ever going to fill this ‘epic’ shaped hole?

Well aerial photography is quite epic and if we composite in some CGI then surely that’s pretty much the same as GOT…isn’t it?!

Ok so we’re clutching at straws; but we have produced some new off-plan property visuals using some impressive aerial drone photography and our CGI skills. We’ve even placed them into cool ‘before and after’ slidy things below - which is kind of fun to play with for a couple of minutes…

Property Marketing Visuals - Camden Road, London

Property Marketing Visuals - Camden Road, London

London [luhn-duh n]

Being a Mancunian CGI company we had always assumed ‘London’ to be a mythical city. I’d heard so much about royal weddings, macavelian politicians and unimaginable wealth it was easy to confuse ‘London’ with an episode of Game of Thrones. Until one day we picked up the phone to a strange accent - an accent we only ever before on the news.

After the initial panic, a lot of research and heated debate with the village elders we came to the conclusion that not only is London a real place but that there is actually quite a lot of property development happening there - which was great news for us!

We proceeded to produce a set of off-plan marketing visuals for a new apartment building on Camden Road. This included an exterior architectural visualisation, interior CGIs and a 360° CGI virtual property tour.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day!

We wouldn’t usually post any Valentine’s day related materials - after all it would be terribly cynical for a company to latch onto such a ‘special’ day for its own gain (I’ll let you decide how much or how little sarcasm is contained in that statement…).

However over the last 12 months we have produced not one but two sets of interior architectural visualisations and virtual reality CGI tours for new wedding venues!

You can take a look around both of these below…

8 Hygge Essentials

8 Hygge Essentials

It’s that time of year when the weather has turned cold, the days are far too short and all we want to do is hibernate.

Your first instinct may be there is nothing less ‘hygge’ than the production of marketing CGIs; however with more and more of our clients looking to put a contemporary Scandinavian slant into their brochure and website images we have developed an genuine appreciation of all thing hygge.

Wanting to cram as much of that Danish comfort into our lives as possible has inevitably lead to us producing a new hygge inspired interior visualisation.

We have packed all kinds of hygge into this CGI - here’s a few of our essentials…

1) A Thick Blanket

We have all had those mornings when we have considered taking our duvet into the office - perhaps ‘‘hygge’’ is the perfect excuse?

Hygge is all about feeling cosy and what could be cosier than a warm, fuzzy blanket?

2) Candles

If you ask a Danish person, they're likely to tell you that candles are the best place to start when creating a hyggelig atmosphere. So turn off those oppressive ceiling lights and burn some scented candles to add a brooding sense of atmosphere to any room, dim the lights and enjoy watching the flickering flames sweeten the air.

3) Comfy Slippers

We hate cold feet (not the 90s Mancunian comedy drama - that was great!). Just having cold feet makes you feel cold full stop and that’s just not hygge - so invest in some soft and fluffy slippers.

4) Board Games

Togetherness is a major part of hygge. So spend some quality time with friends and family; put your phone down turn off ‘Celebrities big brothers dancing in the ice jungle’ and dig out those old board games packed with childhood memories!

5) A Good Read

Remember when we were told not to sit too close to the TV as it can’t be good for your eyes - then we grew up and started staring at multiple screens for work and ‘pleasure’!?!

Give your eyes a break and pick out a real life tangible book. Curling up on the sofa and getting stuck into a good novel on a cold day has to be one of the greatest hygge pleasures.

6) Hot drinks

Steaming hot, rich and sweet is how I hope to be remembered we like our drinks in the grey winter months.

Tea, Coffee, hot chocolate and mulled wine. No explanation needed - Delicious!

7) Plants

There’s not always a lot of green outdoors through the winter months, but that doesn’t stop us from bringing some nature indoors! Whether it be plants, oak floors, wooden furniture or even a mirror made from sticks - all help us feel closer to nature which is an essential part of Hygge.

8) Pets

Let’s be honest some pets are going to be more Hygge than others - my goldfish still hasn’t quite grasped the concept. Cats and dogs on the other hand have certain elements of hygge down to a fine art. Your dog sees you as part of their pack and loves ‘togetherness’ where as a cat has an uncanny ability to turn the warmest and coziest part of any house into their own.

Hygge has become a huge part of interior design, we are regularly asked by property developers, interior designers as well a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom manufacturers to incorporate elements of hygge and Scandinavian design to their marketing visuals. We always happily comply as their is something strangely satisfying in making a CGI (Computer Generated Image) feel homely and inviting.

Trick or Treat??

Trick or Treat??

It’s Halloween week!

So we thought we’d treat ourselves and dedicate some time to putting a spooky spin on some of our existing property marketing visuals!

Redressing existing CGIs is an eye-catching way to promote seasonal property or product launches, ensuring your marketing campaign really stands out in a crowd.

''Can we have a go on your time machine?!?''

''Can we have a go on your time machine?!?''

‘Can we have a go on your time machine?’

This is the question our clients ask us more than any other. We have tried explaining our off-plan architectural visualisations are just that - produced ‘off-plan’, however we still have clients insisting that the only reasonable explanation for the high quality of our work must be we have developed a time machine, traveled to the future and photographed their completed properties.

The truth is our ‘Time Travel’ service is actually still at its early R&D stage, although even I had to question if we’d had a sudden unexpected advancement after comparing the two below.
